It all started with a passion. The Wellness Business for some started after a direct impact on self or a loved one or the path brought you here. Now, you are a Yoga Teacher, Pilates Instructor, Nutritionist, Massage Therapist or Wellness Coach offering your expertise (yoga, movement, wellness, nutrition and etc.) and barely making ends meet.

I get it! I was there, from a Child and Youth Care Counsellor, Leadership Trainer & Teamwork Facilitator, my love for the teachings of Yoga brought me to quite my job and become a full-time Yoga Teacher and Nutritionist. I love what I share with my students and poured myself into my work. After teaching 18 classes in one week I realized very quickly that I wasn't making enough, I'm overworking the body and stressing the mind. I had no energy left and if I can't care for myself there will be nothing of me to offer the students. That's not respectful of the time and energy of the students. This was also not the lifestyle I imagined for myself.

Now, I'm flexible with time, making my own hours to meet clients. I teach my regular classes and substitute when I WANT to, not because I NEED the income. I love the classes I teach and no longer feeling depleted. I am free to travel several times a year learning new skills to share with my clients.
